Arrangements will contain unique floral varieties every month.

Your first month’s subscription will include flowers, as well as a FREE VASE.
Each month after that will contain a bouquet of blooms that will be designed to fit in the original vase provided. Occasionally, we will release new vase options available to purchase as an add-on to your current subscription.

  1. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
    Yes! You can cancel your subscription by logging into your customer account and selecting “Cancel Subscription”. *Please note that any payments already submitted will be fulfilled and is NOT available to cancel nor eligible for a refund.

  2. What if I want my subscription delivered to a different address?
    Your arrangements will be delivered to the SAME address every month. If you are moving, or would like your subscription delivered to a different address, please contact and put “Subscription Address Update” in the subject line. *Only one address change is allowed per subscription. If your address changes a second time, please cancel your current subscription and purchase a new one.

  3. Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?
    Absolutely! You are welcome to purchase the subscription as a gift. Please note that if the gift recipient refuses the arrangements, you will be notified and allowed to change the subscription delivery address, however no refunds will be applied.

  4. Does my delivery address have to be a home residence?
    No! Our floral subscription arrangements are also great for offices, businesses, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, restaurants, etc. *Please keep in mind that the arrangements will be delivered to the same address every month.

  5. Can I change my payment method for my current subscription?
    Yes you can! Simply login to your customer account and click “Payment Method” to adjust your card information.
